The box was in a "pre-opened" state, it appeared to have been re-taped. One side was ripped, but the contents were still in the box.The finish on the playing boards was not as smooth, in fact, one board wasn't even sanded and coated with poly. Will have to re-sand and re-coat to actually use them.The playing pieces were of a lesser quality than the sets I've used in Turkey, but are sufficient to use for play.
