The box was in a "pre-opened" state, it appeared to have been re-taped. One side was ripped, but the contents were still in the box.The finish on the playing boards was not as smooth, in fact, one board wasn't even sanded and coated with poly. Will have to re-sand and re-coat to actually use them.The playing pieces were of a lesser quality than the sets I've used in Turkey, but are sufficient to use for play.Very fun game. The product quality was good, but some of the numbers were a bit faded, yet still legible. The quality was playable and sturdy but I was expecting it to be better-looking in quality. Oh well, I still use it and nobody else seems to notice when we play as it is just so much fun.the rules are too complicated for anyone to sit and learn and then have the time to play it afterwards. We have pared down the rules and it seems to be going over better though. I actually love the game but I love difficult strategic games.Wooden pieces gave me splinters. The tiles has paint spots all over them. Some were chipped. Sent back for refund. That was 2 months ago. Still no refund. Very unhappy.Its a nice solid wooden Okey set. But instead of the tie-string bag they give for the pieces. i got a hard plastic box that only stays closed with a rubber band. other then that all the pieces are there and don't feel cheap.I got this game from Tulumba Store, it came all mess up, boards where scratched the chips had double imprints i called for a refund they gave me a hard time. They yelled at me and kept saying the product was not mess up. These fools will take ur money. They kept saying they sold millions of this product and im the only one with the issue my A**!!!! They sell this game for $20... Where? @ EFES or DIVAN turkish markets!"Very heavy duty racks, but the finish leaves a lot to be desired. Need another sanding and varnish.Tiles are small, but actually have high quality. It's fun to play this game.
