Depending on what my clients want I have to adjust the style of hangers. Most of the time I use a wire hanger with aluminum clamp ferrules, but a lot of times I am fearful of the ferrules not holding depending on the weight of the product. In the past I have bought cheap sawtooth hangers and just used two (one on each side). Clients prefer not to have to put two holes in their wall and deal with all the measurements that come with that, so I decided to try a heavy duty hanger. These things came an I immediately used them for a large whiteboard I was working on. Upon delivery my client hung it up and commented how sturdy the hanger was and how well it held the board. I from now on will keep these in stock in my shop for all my projects as needed. When drilling the pilot holes for the screws, I add a small amount of Gel Super Glue to assist with holding the screws in. I can say that the extra insurance of adding the super glue has paid off by avoiding too much weight pulling the screws out, as I have had happen with other types.
