Ocean Shell Studios began life in 1992. We are a family owned business and have constantly evolved and developed a diverse range of quality products. Sustainably sharing the ocean’s beauty has been our business for more than 25 years. Our shells are hand-graded by people who have spent years understanding the calibre, weight and colours of each individual shell. Each shell has individual features marked by time, tides and territory. Their inner layers of iridescence, when revealed, refract bright shimmering colours, giving blues their deepest blues and greens their most intense greens. Over time, seashells take on individual shapes - the angles, curves, distinct textures and mysterious hues are formed by hard layers of calcium carbonate and sediment, each unique to their seabed environment.
